Premise Instructor Expertise
Premise instructors have extensive experience as both students and teachers in discussion-centered, inquiry-driven learning and they design their courses around the beautiful questions they themselves are pondering. Instructors choose readings and authors that provoke conversation and exploration. While they are deeply knowledgeable about the course content, Premise instructors do not lecture but rather work intentionally to foster a community of learners who make meaning together.
